Non payment of deposit for rental

On the 18th April collected car from hertz or tambo dropped it off on the 22/04/2019.. thier policy for return deposit is 21 business days, im yet to receive tht still. Again on the 3may collected car dropped it off on the 5th may still have not rec any money back for both rental. And way past their days. I have contacted Branch directly but still money released to my account. I'm getting concerned will I really get tht back .
