No vehicles at Lanseria

Booked a vehicle weeks ago from Lanseria. Arrived at the counter only to be told that there are no vehicles available and I should wait for vehicles to be brought from other branches. Unacceptable. What does it help to book a vehicle from Hertz beforehand? Meetings need to be rescheduled and I'm wasting a day's business just standing here. Unacceptable
