No Answer - keeping holding deposit for 16 days already

I have been trying for almost an hour to get someone to answer the phone. We rented a car on 29 March 2024 - and still, there is a hold on the deposit amount. This amount is also 2.5times the amount that Avis charge as holding deposit.
