No After service Client Support FROM HERTZ?

I rented a vehicle for a 5 day getaway at the GEORGE AIRPORT, when we arrived not only were the deposit costs very vague online, but more than a month later, 3 email requests and 4 calls to their customer service, HERTZ has not provided any feedback on my query for return of deposit.
