Never rent a car from Hertz

<p>We made our reservation in March 2016. When arriving to pick up the vehicle, I am give a vehicle with a defective number plate. When i complain, i am told its fine, you wont get a fine. Escalating to the customer care line and the branch manager proved fruitless. Shoddy customer service. Pickup time was for 8am, its 10am still waiting.</p>
