Never ever rent a car from hertz

I rented a car, scratched it and they deducted from my credit card all I needed from them was for them to give me the final invoice so I can claim from the insurance I took out. What they did they sent the package of what I requested excluding the final invoice, they claimed it was in that package. The went on deducting my money after claiming they sent the final invoice. I will never ever rent a car from them
