My Credit Card is being Siphoned by Hertz

I rented a car from Hertz Rent a Car in August last year, we had a bit of a fall out with them and they blacklisted me from renting from them. 01 January 2015 an amount of R250 was charged on my account and two other charges of R250 were charged on the same credit card on the 21st October 2014. When I queried the amount, I was told that it was for traffic fines. When I requested to see these traffic fines Susan Jack, the fines administrator sent one fine of R100 by the eThekwini Municipality.<br> <br> I've requested others and they have not been sent to me and now I feel that Hertz is siphoning money from my credit card and I feel this won't stop as I last had dealings with them in August 2014
