Lack of care

I had a car hired with Hertz cause I was told that’s where I will get a good long distance car and they will make sure it’s an automatic.

When I arrive at King Shaka mind you they have already deducted the amount due for the rental on my business account and I wait +- 30 min for the car to arrive and the gentleman tells sorry sir but we had to upgrade you to a group car I didn’t want and worse it’s not an automatic the answer I got from that supervisor is that sorry sir you have to take that car or you won’t get your money back is that how Business personal are treated nowadays.

Sad story is that I didn’t take the car cause it wasn’t the Group I wanted and I was already late for my Gala dinner which I ended up not attending and luckily Bidvest car rental was able to assist me professionally in less then 10 to make sure I’m on the road mind you I didn’t even have a reservation with them up until today no one from Hertz car hire in King Shaka has contacted me to find out what happened for them it’s just about the money I’m highly disappointed and I’m never considering Hertz to provide shuttle services for any of my up coming events for 2018
