IS THIS WHAT HERTZ STANDS FOR?

I returned car at the Phalaborwa branch where i collected it and when i got there it was still early for me to be able to get public transport back to Tzaneen where i stay,when they closed off the contract there was an outstading balance due to extra km and i did nt have that amount on me so i promised to pay and Wiseman asked me to write an afidavit which i ddnt dispute but when i asked him to make it quit as it was geting late for me to get transport he told me that he will first wait for the last flight which will land at 17:30 and he does not care if it lands at 20:00 or 22:00 hertz will pay him for that time and hertz gave him a car to get home and he does not care how or if i get home as long as he gets the afidavit,i had to hike at 20:00 cz there was no more transport as the flight was delayed and by the grace of God i found transport and got home around 23:00 night.is this how Hertz rent a car stands for?You dont care about the animals you call \customers"he told and did to me a lot that i could not type!
