Information not added

I requested 2 additional drivers to be added as the vehicle's being used for business. I received a form to complete which I did and sent back 3 times. Today I received confirmation that the additional drivers was NOT added. What if something happened to the vehicle. I cannot now trust the people at hertz to make sure they do their work!!!!!
