Incorrect Fuel charge

<p>I have recently hired out a car at hertz CPT through an airport rentals company. I have just received an invoice with a fuel charge. I was advised to fill the car at the airport garage which I did do so. I do not understand where the extra fuel charge comes from. Phoned through customer relations and they advised they couldn't help me because it was a fuel query. Poor service, still waiting for my money of R14700 to be refunded. When I returned the vehicle the inspector gave it a 8/8, better condition than received with the fuel being topped up. Also there is no contract fee stipulated when hiring the vehicle so where why state it only when u at the airport and need the vehicle urgently... these rental companies know how to catch innocent people out.</p> <p>Won't rent from Hertz again</p>
