Incorrect deposit refunded

It’s been 5 working days till we returned the hired vehicle. Only to wake up this morning to a messily 10% deposit refunded back into my account. 10? Where as we spent so much money in the deposit. Please can this be RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. As this is the second time I have an issue wit this rental company. Your services are beyond Appalling! This is truly unacceptable!
