Im so disappointed with Hertz car Capetown

One of Hertz car rent Capetown airport site Silver Suzuki MX46VX Gp bumped my car at paradise road M3 Rondebosch Capetown on 25th 2026. I went to make a police case i did all Chanels to report to start i can start to claim from them to fix my car damages. I emailed them then outcome they said they can't fix or to accept my claim because the car that bumped me they was no scratches or damages but my car it was damaged. Im a third party claim how can this company treat other people badly like this im not happy at all with Hertz rent car Capetown. I didn't not apply for this accident to happened worse party your car bumped me then you guys refused to fix my car why why why why why why why why why why 😢 😭
