I want my rental deposit as in last week!

This is my last option, i have been sending multiple emails requesting my deposit. Hired a car 20th May 2023 and dropped off the car on 22 June 2023. Till today I have not yet received my deposit back. Literally every day I query my deposit. Friday I was told my bank must authorize my deposit payment. 1st of all I have rented a car with the same compony so many times how is FNB responsible for me getting my deposit, since when my bank is blocking my deposit? 2ndly when did they realize that since I have been querying for so long all of a sudden there's the story
