Hub Caps attached with cable ties and not covered by Rental Company
I rented a vehicle from Hertz, Lanseria Airport, the hub caps on the vehicle were attached with cable ties and, when we got there, we realised that the hub caps were ****** and we then discovered that the insurance does not cover hub caps, why let us pay insurance if everything is not covered.

28 Sept 2023, 21:47Hertz sent me an invoice, but it was not an itemised invoice, just one amount that they will be deducting from the R7000 they are holding, thereafter they debited my credit card with the amount on the invoice, and I have not yet received the R7000 that they are holding. Why do companies take your money so quickly, but it is so challenging to get your money back.
