Horrile and disgusted

<p>Hertz car rental sandton branch has refused to payback a R5k after Irented a car from the company, initially I was informed by Khumo an employee from the company that I was going to get my money back in 7 days and after 7 days I was told iit will take 21 days and when i complained about it I was slapped with their policy which states 21 days. the policy was not communicated bewfore rental and when i picked the car its now raised when i ask for my money and is it legal to do this as i am losing 7% on this money which i could have earned on a 32 day acount</p>
