HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HERTZ HARFEILD

I am being taken from pillar to post in hope that I will let go of the query . I received the worst service from hertz rent a car Hartfield . When my query was forwarded to Tshepo Sebesho the apparent branch manager he did not bother to even call he just sent a lousy email dismissing me and telling me where to get off. I am highly disappointed and upset by their lack of service . I returned the car a day early but you still insist of charging me for a full day .. you charge me for 6 days instead of 5. The manager did not assess the situation. Listen to the customer or show any empathy or offer any positive solutions. Highly disturbed by the service
