Horrible service

I rented a car on the 9th of April 2023,they deducted R18000 as for security holding. I returned the car back on the day with full tank. On the 18th of April there was a deduction of R119 from them not knowing what was it for. I contacted them and they say it does not reflect to them.I have not been refunded my deposit till today. When I contact them they keep on saying they have been sending emails to their bank to release funds,unfortunately there's nothing more they can do. I am really frustrated as I need those funds. They are not a liable company.I think this should be taken up with Ombudsman. Never again I will do business with this company.They are ***********.
