Horrible service

So we rented a car paid R3 500.00 for 100% damage liability(as a deposit), when we returned the vehicle there was a small scratch that we were not aware off. But we take it as our responsibility... Now we have to pay more in after paying 100% waiver deposit.

The damage is not close to that amount and they even want to keep our fuel deposit, after returning the vehicle with a full tank.

Very disappointed
