Horrible service

Firstly, I walked into the branch in OR Tambo International Airport,greeted a guy with no name tag, didn't greet back. His excuse was that he didn't hear me greeting. My question to him was that If u didn't hear me greeting, why aren't you greeting then? He didn't respond. Then I realized that my Experience with Hertz isn't going to be a good one. I then decided to keep quite and took my documents and leave them on the desk, my dear friend grabbed my docs process and say I have polo vivo for u. I then tell him that I had a special request and was here the previous day but unfortunately my drivers license had expired. I was promised the very same car If I come back the following day. My dear friend didn't even take me seriously and said this is the only car I have. What an experience. I just wanna tell you that you will be losing clients as your people in Airport branch are useless.
