Horrible experience at Hertz OR Tambo

Horrible experience. We booked a rental car online. Only to wait ONE AND A HALF HOURS to get our car. This was so frustrating. There was an exceptionally long queue with only 2 people behind the counter. The minute the queue became shorter, a third person came to 'help'. I'd love to know what's the point of making an online booking and then having to wait so long for the car. We were planning on checking in at Sun City at 3 pm, only to get there at 6 pm. And this is landing at OR Tambo at 10h30 in the morning.

Another thing, Hertz only 'saw' 1 scratch on the car. My husband did a closer inspection, only to find lots more. If my husband had not seen those other scratches, our deposit would probably have been forfeited.

Very disappointing and I'd not use them again.
