Horrible experience

Please be aware of the new terms and conditions when you hire now at Herts, you get checked ITC of which nothing wrong in that, what is wrong it is my experience i got from them, online booking allowed me to pay and when i got to collect at the airport Or -Tambo my score did met the required and i was told that they will cancel the booking. The experience i got the was horrible despite my try of getting my money back, they have flash back terms and conditions that i argued because online was not suppose to allow the payment to go through, also the reversal process did have immanently clearing i have to wait for 48hrs, but only to find out it took them the whole week to reverse it. Be aware of this so that you don't go through what i went through.
