Holding Deposit Refund

Good Day, I am extremely appauled at the service regarding refunds of holding deposists. I have been in communication with your company and recieved numerous commitments that instructions have been given to the bank to no avail. What makes matters worse i have been a Gold memeber for years now. Im sorry i DEFINATELY wont be using your service again. Regards Simo
