HIDDEN FEES

so disappointed with the service!!! My husband and I rented a small car for just a weekend and the price seemed reasonable enough. when he (my husband) went to pick it up this past Friday, we were given a FREE upgrade, so we got a sedan instead which we were excited about. We were charged insurance, that's understandable and they also held about R1600, claiming that it's for petrol and should be returned to us if we bring back the car with a full tank. Upon the return of the vehicle on Sunday with a FULL tank, there were also a lot of hidden fees that we were not made aware of from the beginning. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED because we used hertz when we were in the USA and got the best service which clearly seems to differ from country to country. THEY SHOULD'VE BEEN UPFRONT WITH US FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOW WE SPENT MONEY THAT WE DID NOT PLAN ON SPENDING. THEY ARE VULTURES AND IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING, I WOULD'VE GIVEN IT. THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
