Hidden extra charges

So i called Hertz today to get the cheapest quote for unlimited km, full cover as well as border crossing to Mozambique. The lady that helped me gave me a quote for she gave me for everything was R3791. i said thanks and will phone her back because i just wanted to confirm with my friend about the amount, i called back in an hour only to find out the rates changed...and that i will be paying R4631 now. When i questions the lady about the amount and why the rates changed she went to the system again and realised that she didn't add the border crossing fee. I find this type of service totally unacceptable, i had to find a car quickly before Thursday and used hertz because i know the service is great and the prices are decent but no i feel different. I feel **** to about the price and felt like i could have spent the time i argued about the price to find something better. I feel as though I should not be charged that fee because the lady told me R 3791, if you sell something to someone for a price and you change it later people will have a problem with that. I will definitely complain on media about this and i expect feedback on why it was said that the rates change but only to realise that the border fee wasn't added. why was i **** to first before tell the truth about what really happened. Will definitely write my feedback on hello peter as well as i am very very upset about the service i got and level of professionalism i received today.
