Hetz rental ****

rented a car on the 28th July 2023 to 30 July 2023 and paid R7000.00 deposit plus R3351.00 rental fee. To my surprise on the 29th July 2023 another amount of R3351.00 was deducted from my credit card and I did go to the branch whereby I was referred to their head office however nobody pickup any of their office numbers *** & ***) and wondering what kind of business customer service didn't pickup their lines. I did sent emails as well and there is no response to date regarding the reversal/refund of the double deduction of the rental fee as well the deposit paid.
