My complain is same as what I read here, cut full story short, my bro in law rented a car , he returned it with full tank and no damages. Hertz took our R5650 deposit claiming the car had damages and we were charged extra for km which by the way they already debited his account for. We should have read the reviews before renting a car from them. They are *******, ****************...never use Herz again . I assure you if you planning on using this company don't ever try it . They will milk you of your money. They are legal car rental with ******* charges
