HERTZ...where is the rest of our money?

I have been BATTLING for months to get feedback from Hertz. My husband regularly rent cars from Hertz for business trips. xx/xx/xx only a partial amount of his deposit was paid back, supposably because the car had damage. We requested evidence of the latter, however, no one bothers to get back to us.
