Hertz worst car rental ever

I rented a car online from Hertz. Went for collection only to find that I have bad credit record. I canceled the booking. Since then the amount I paid not yet refunded but yet Tempest their competitor already paid me my deposit within 3 days of returning the car. Please avoid this car rental they are ******.
