Hertz sucks

I hired a car (***) from these people, I was traveling from JHB to EL. When I arrived at the airport on the last flight I found their offices closed just before 19h00. So I called their number, which was picked up by someone in Capetown The chap on the call told me there was nothing they could do for me. So I was stranded at the airport. Luckily First Car Rental was still open and I was able to get a car from them. Apparently, they thought I was not coming, dont ask me why The story changed to "You were not on that flight". I don't know how they conjured that up because I was on that flight and was one of the first few people to come out as I was sitting near the exit. I have been using this rental company for several years.
