Hertz so bad! *******

On 1 March my girlfriend and I tried renting a vehicle from Hertz car rental at the King Shaka airport. Not only did we not get a vehicle because their staff didn’t mention the driver must be the same person who’s name is on the credit card they also kept over R3000 because we left without rebooking after we gave up on the *********** staff after an hour of waiting for them to figure out what their provcesses are. Bunch on *********** ******* at best!
