Hertz ripped me off !!!!!

I got a courtesy from my insurance 19 October 2019 for more than 4 weeks. I paid 1500 deposit the day I got the car, after returning the car 3 December 2019, Hertz deducted 559 for patrol and 279 for tollgates from my account without even receiving a refund, to date instead of giving me a refund. When I call head office, they keep on saying they have processed the termination and I should wait for payment from my bank. I need my 1500 bac****
