Hertz - Ridiculous Business Use Renting Policy

Very dissatisfied with your service, enough so that we are canceling our pending business application that has not even been processed yet. This took weeks to try and get done by the way. Listen to this, apparently, according to your staff member, if a business pays for an employee who is obviously listed as the main driver you cannot collect a vehicle unless the business owner is physically there in person with a valid driver's license as the person paying must also be listed as a driver. What a joke! Landed in Cape Town to find this out. I had to pay for 2 weeks of vehicle renting out of my pocket. Thanks Hertz, you just lost a business client after renting just 1 vehicle. Never again!
