Hertz Rental - The best in SA

I recently rented a car from Hertz at Polokwane (Hertz@Polokwane) for 3 days, but i dropped it 1 hour 30 minutes early in O.R Tambo in order to catch my flight. I was not happy when the invoice showed that i will have pay for the extra mileage fee because i dropped the car early (meaning that it was no longer 3 days and the unlimited mileage falls away) and i had a small chip on the windscreen and a small scratch on the bottom left side of the bumper. I'm writing to complement the hard work of Wiseman Ndhlovu (Hertz@Polokwane) who took his time to explain to me how they calculate the hours or duration of the rental and i also wish to commend the excellent client service of Mandisi Mankule who provided me with all the breakdown of fees i was supposed to pay after the car was taken for repairs. I'm very happy with the honesty and transparency regarding the fees. As a family we have rented cars before with different rental companies but Hertz rental is the best. I like their cars, their unlimited mileage package works so well for us because we stay far from the major cities and their client service is fantastic.
