Hertz rental car accident

<p>In March of this year i was involved in an accident were a lady drove into my car from the rear while i was stationary at a red robot. i then took her details down and reported it at the police station. what i found out was that the details she had given me was incorrect and basically ****. she didnt have a SA drivers license but a zim one. i took photos of every detail in accident. i then managed to trace the car to Hertz and started the claim proccess to have my car fixed. it has now gone 5 months and to date nothing has been done. Hertz says that the car was rented to a Male person and that he said that he caused damaged to the car in a parking lot. So here we have a situation were a customer of Hertz rents a car from them and gives it to some else who then decides to play bumper cars on the road and return the car to Hertz with an explaination. I am told that i cannot get paid out as this person didnt admit to the accident. but only told this after they requested all the photos details documents and also insisted a an accident report which i had to get at my expensive which cost R260 rands at jmpd and when they get this i would get paid out. So i was told i will get feedback but i still didnt get told anything other than when i call them. i have emails upon emails with all this communicated with the consultant. i am now thinking of legal action and will get in contact with my legal team but if there are any lawyers that are reading this and would want to represent i would not mind as i have strong evidence.
