Hertz rent a Car in South Africa - ****** money

We have rented a car from Hertz and the person by the name of Nkuna and Sasha Adams have debited our cards with unoutharized amounts. They refuse to release the money and insist that this money was not taken but it is blocked in our accounts and not returned. No one has helped us or attempted to assist us in getting our money back. DO NOT use Hertz, they ***** your money.
