Hertz Rent a car George Airport - PATHETIC Service!

We had an accident where a private resident reversed flat into our rental car back in October’24 in George, claim was registered and the party responsible for the accident had given all his details. A take over of management staff was done @ George branch and , we still have a R15 000 that needs to be replayed to is, pending- because seemingly the new manager cant acces the previous managers laptop due to the POPI ACT. Upon query with legal counseI I was told that this is NOT true. We are at a crossroad where no one helps us further! Hertz in George airport is THE WORST PLACE to rent a car with the most PATHETIC customer service ever! NOT RECCOMENDED!
