Hertz Rent A Car - ******! No deposit refund more than 30 days and still waiting . Customer service is terrible!!! STAY AWAY ! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Worst service ever received! Over a month of returning the car I had hired from Hertz and I still have not received my refund amount.

More than 6 phone calls I have made and spoken to different representatives of Hertz Rent A Car , each one promises me that my request for a refund is being sent for authorization and will be processed .

The last representative I spoke to e mailed the authorization letter to me which has incorrect card details and an incorrect ,under valued amount.

Upon requesting her to correct the information and then e mail me she Said she cannot keep talking to me and abruptly cut the call .

This is the worst service I have ever received from any car hire company and strongly advise everyone out there to stay away from these ******!
