Hertz Refuses To Pay Rental Deposit

I rented a car with Hertz on the 26 April 2022. I used my credit card to pay for the deposit and and rental fee. The rented vehicle was then returned on the 1 May 2022. I expected to get my deposit refund from end of May 2022 but today it's the 02 July 2022 and nothing.

When I contact customer relations they pretend like they cannot hear me but if I call from the different number they promise to get back to as there seem to be issues between Standard Back (their bank) and FNB (my bank).

It's the 02 July now and I am pretty sure that there's a serious bridge of an agreement as I haven't received my deposit still.
