Hertz pay back the money and stop *****ing from your clients

So we rented a car on a promotional monthly offer which was R5992. 27 all the waivers were rate inclusive. With contact fee and VAT the bill was R6092.27 + R2000 fuel deposit + R 4000 damage liability total of = R 12092.27..

So my car got back from the repairs faster then I expected so only kept the rental from 11 September 2022 to 17 September 2022, that meant I only had the car for 6 days, I was told the refund would take 14 days into my credit card but it's now over a month just storytelling from them,. They lie and **** clients out of their money because u then received a bill that they billed me R3520 for 6 days where by their normal daily rate on thir website is a out R430-R470 wrote them an email and I was told it's the extras even if I didnt take them or use them I still had to buy for them, what a ****. But the biggest **** of all with these people they saying telling you that they emailing the bank then they would email me back but they do, the money never comes too am tired the same energy they used to take money they must use the same energy to bring it, A month has passed they still emailing the bank yeah right
