Hertz Pay Back The Money

Booked a car confirmed and paid online. When it was time to collect they say the credit score is not sufficient. Now they are taking forever to payback my refund. And when you ask the question from the staff they don't know the refund process. I'm very disappointed it's like they are running a scheme to earn interest out of people's money. Why allow a person to pay if you know your processes still have obstacles
