Hertz O.R Tambo - Playing Hide and Seek
<p>I was told that the deposit that was held on my card was released and that I should contact my back. I did so and my back explained to me that no "hold" was placed on my card, rather they swiped the whole deposit instead of reserving the funds. Why lie to me? That's not how a company retains customers.! </p>
