Hertz Month Promo Special ****

Despite the fully paid Month promo rate for a monthly rental, I had to return the car 4 days earlier and with 1300km allowance to spare. Hertz SA elected to change the rate to a standard rate that resulted in a charged amount being doubled. They ignored the fact from their T&C that clearly stipulates that the rental period ends on the date and at the time at which the Driver is required to return the Vehicle. I want to be refunded. 1.1.23. “Rental Period” means the period commencing on the date and at the time at which the Driver completes the Rental Form and terminating on the date and at the time at which the Driver is required to return the Vehicle to the Lessor, and includes an extended period as contemplated in clause 3 below;
