Hertz lies to me about my refund!
I have been struggling to get my refund of R7 839.40 back from Hertz. It has been 3 weeks since they supposedly refunded my security deposit and I still have not received it. I have been treated very poorly, **** to and had to \prove"to them that I have not received the refund by sending my credit card statement to them. Hertz keep telling me that the refund was done but they can't send me proof of payment. Very"
