I got one bad service from the company as I have been making enquiries with the company since last month..I booked a car about two days ago and paid for it since I needed to go to a funeral and I was advised to pay the money and they will be a hold fee of 7k which is fine I have accepted.So I got a call from from someone in your office saying I can't hire a car because of my credit score,What does that have to do with my credit scoring as I have surrendered my car after I lost my job during Covid and I have been paying that since the car was sold and am paying the remaining balance.That's my only debts that is in arrears in my profile.I feel when this guy that called in told I don't qualify as per my credit scoring it does not make sense because I will be paying the 7K for security as per their customer service.I have emails to prove that,I feel that I jugde due to that am black and I have hired cars with Avis I never had such a treatment ever.Can I please ask for my refund the latest by end of business tomorrow(Thursday)as I have found a car from your competition.I only came to you because I passby everyday.I feel your service is pathetic and I hope you loose more customers to your competition.Can you please assist me.So I got a call from from someone in your office saying I can't hire a car because of my credit score.Can I please get my refund the latest by end of business on Thursday as I have found a car from your competition.Thank you.I hope you can assist.
