Hertz keep your holding deposit FOREVER!!

<p>I hired a car at Hertz OR Tambo and as usual there is a holding deposit on the credit card. 3 weeks after returning the car they still wont release the holding deposit. I have been taken from department to departments, conference call with my bank, and they still cannot tell you when will it be made available back to my account.</p>
