Hertz is HORRIBLE

I have been waiting for over a MONTH for my deposit back for a car I rented at the Cape Town International Airport branch. They cannot give me a valid reason as to WHY I have not received my deposit back and they also do not answer their phones at the office. COMPLETELY unacceptable! Horrible customer service and not a trustworthy company CLEARLY!
