Hertz is a worse company

This is a **** company. I hired a car for 3 days. It came with some small scratches. I realized when I returned that they did not capture some of the scratches. Now they charge me for the damages that were not caused by me. This is unfair really. I wish they go down like other businesses that don't value their customer.
