Hertz is a shady company in SA

I hired a car from hertz king shaka airport. It’s been 17 days since returning the car and they haven’t paid me back my deposit. I’ve sent countless emails and made so many phone calls but no one there seems to care or can help so now I’ve lost R6650 just for a deposit.
