They lie, sales personnel forced me to take their insurence but I already took one on line by telling me they will charge R18 000 if I use the online insurence company. I took their insurence with the promise that they will cancel the other ione and I will be refunded. None of that happened and till now I'm haven't received my holding fee let alone the double insurence. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!
